Lindsay joined Polaris in 2007 as the Director of Portfolio Recruiting, based in our Boston office. She works closely with our growth equity and technology portfolio companies advising them on their recruiting needs.
Lindsay brings to Polaris broad experience at two of the leading retained executive search firms. As a senior associate in Spencer Stuart’s Technology, Communications & Media Practice, Lindsay specialized in recruiting executives for software, Internet, systems and services companies and was responsible for coordinating the “Talent Leadership” within the firm’s industry leading Software Practice.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Lindsay spent six years at Heidrick and Struggles. She started her career as a research associate in the Financial and Professional Services industries, and was later promoted to senior associate within the firm’s International Technology Practice.
Lindsay has completed numerous searches for senior executives in a wide range of companies, including both venture backed start-ups and large public corporations. She has executed key assignments in a range of technology companies including Internet, software, healthcare and consumer.
Lindsay graduated with a BA from Colgate University.
