Dylan Pearce is a senior associate in our Boston office. He focuses on technology growth equity and buyout opportunities.

Prior to joining Polaris, Dylan worked at M/C Partners where he made private equity investments in technology, media, and telecommunications businesses. He served as a Board of Directors observer at Corelink Data Centers, AccentHealth, and Baja Broadband. Prior to M/C Partners, Dylan was an analyst at Morgan Stanley where he completed M&A, debt, and equity transactions. Dylan also worked at Greycroft Partners where he invested in Trunk Club.

Dylan received an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BS from the University of Southern California.
