Biography

Bill joined Polaris in 2000 as Director of Portfolio Financing in the firm’s Boston office.┬áPrior to Polaris, Bill was a director of Emerging Capital Markets at BankBoston, where he was responsible for designing and implementing operating infrastructure for the successful establishment of a securities underwriting, trading and distribution business, developing financing structures and executing debt and equity security transactions.

Bill also acted in other capacities during his tenure at BankBoston, including director of Domestic Subsidiary and International Accounting and chief financial officer of BankBoston Ventures and BankBoston Capital. Prior to BankBoston, Bill worked as a senior manager at Wolf & Company and as a manager at Coopers & Lybrand.

Bill received his BA in History at Trinity College and his MS in Accounting from Northeastern University. Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
